Penn State is a Land Grant University with programs in all academic disciplines. I am an Associate Professor of Engineering Design and Architectural Engineering. I am also the Director for Strategic Initiatives (East Africa) in the Office of the Vice Provost for Global Programs. I am interested in using my experience and expertise in the design of sustainable and resilient building systems in efforts directed at mitigating the spread of Vector-borne diseases.
