I am a PhD candidate in malaria epidemiology at the department for infectious disease epidemiology. My interests lie in the social and environmental determinants of malaria and spatial epidemiology. My work mainly involves mechanistic and statistical modelling of malaria in low transmission settings, but I am interested in the built environment and vector ecology (my background is in ecology/biology). I am looking for opportunities to meet individuals from a variety of disciplines, especially those working in applied settings and primary data collection.
