Biography

iphAE is a community based nonprofit that promotes access to improved healthcare services to rural dwellers in southeastern Nigeria, through capacity building, advocacy, social mobilization, and economic empowerment. Malaria is endemic in this region and accounts for the high disease burden especially among the rural dwellers. iphAE is working with the rural communities to reduce the malaria burden through vector control measures. We are interested in joining BOVA Network for wider participation and access to information, and for opportunities to partner and collaborate with members of the global community to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved population across the region.
